Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Support the senior sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Learn about Essmann's extensive product portfolio, including custom cabinetry, furniture, component parts, and wood moldings.
- Absorb new business leads through market research and outreach.
- Help prepare sales documents, including proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain and update client information accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide initial product information.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An interest in craftsmanship, design, or the construction industry would be advantageous.
Pay
A competitive hourly wage of $45 - $55 USD.
