About the role

The Sales Intake Coordinator at Serenity is pivotal in transforming initial interactions into committed next steps. This role requires a blend of persuasive communication and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the first interaction with every prospective client, ensuring a compelling introduction to our programs.
  • Drive client commitment by clearly communicating value, addressing objections, and guiding each conversation toward a decisive next step.
  • Maintain a full pipeline of prospective clients, following up with urgency and consistency to keep momentum from cooling off.
  • Gather and document client information accurately to set the internal team up for a seamless handoff.
  • Track your own performance, identify gaps, and proactively adjust your approach to hit your numbers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience from intake through program start.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role.
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas, conversion targets, or performance benchmarks.
  • Treat rejection as data, not defeat; course-correct quickly, stay persistent, and never let a "not yet" become a dead end.
  • Strong consultative communication skills; ask the right questions, listen with intent, and know how to guide someone toward a confident decision.
  • Self-motivated and competitive by nature; hold yourself accountable without needing external push.
  • Some leadership experience or clear upward trajectory; assistant managers, team leads, and top performers from previous roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
