Sales Intake Coordinator

The Sales Intake Coordinator at Serenity is pivotal in transforming initial interactions into meaningful commitments. This role requires a blend of people skills and performance, and we're seeking someone who thrives in both areas.
Responsibilities
- Own the first interaction with every prospective client, ensuring each encounter is impactful and memorable.
- Drive client commitment by clearly communicating the value of our programs, addressing objections, and guiding conversations towards decisive next steps.
- Maintain a full pipeline of prospective clients, following up with urgency and consistency to keep the momentum going.
- Gather and document client information accurately to facilitate a seamless handoff to the internal team.
- Track your own performance, identify gaps, and proactively adjust your approach to meet and exceed individual sales-oriented KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from intake through program start.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role, such as retail sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or client development.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas, conversion targets, or performance benchmarks.
- Treat rejection as data, not defeat, and be able to course-correct quickly and persistently.
- Strong consultative communication skills, asking the right questions, listening with intent, and guiding someone toward a confident decision.
- Self-motivated and competitive by nature, holding yourself accountable without needing external push.
- Some leadership experience or a clear upward trajectory, such as assistant managers, team leads, or top performers from previous roles.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
