Sales Inspector
About the role
The Sales Inspector is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities. This includes monitoring sales processes, handling customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records
- Monitor sales processes and identify areas for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
