Sales Inspector

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions, winning customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver by recommending the best innovative pest solutions for each customer's needs.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, using a robust advertising budget to provide leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home, using the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
