Sales Inspector

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-home inspections, including attic and crawl space checks.
• Build trust with clients by clearly explaining inspection findings and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Close sales by highlighting the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin's services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin professionally, empathetically, and with integrity at all times.

Qualifications

• Sales, account management, home inspection, or project management experience is required.
• Loving to meet new people and help solve real problems.
• Confident, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently and stay organized.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Capable of safely accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
