Sales Inspector

Responsibilities

• Represent the CRAWLSPACE MEDIC brand well to customers and community while performing a thorough evaluation of the crawl space and selling company services
• Create a scope of work for repair/remediation based on identified issues
• Play a role in business development and operations
• Track, follow up, and close sales leads in the franchise market
• Inspect crawl spaces, identifying issues and creating a scope of work for repair/remediation
• Identify common crawl space issues such as high wood moisture content, standing water, water intrusion, efflorescence, wood rot, dry rot, water damage, insect damage, structural issues, and more
• Determine the health of the crawl space environment
• Accurately identify and measure damages and quantify needed repairs for pricing
• Familiarize oneself with common crawl space repairs and develop solutions to correct problems identified
• Communicate well with customers before, during, and after inspections, explaining findings and necessary repairs
• Communicate with office staff and repair crews through developed scopes of work and graphs
• Lead and collaborate with the entire team
• Willing to provide input and receive feedback to build a team environment in the local market
• Collaborate with local market operations team to drive profitability, including assisting with dispatch, conducting quality control checks, and helping to improve efficiency
• Participate in networking/marketing activities
• Maintain sales metrics within expectations

Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record and valid SC Drivers License
• Excellent people skills, professional interactions with customers and colleagues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including phone and in-person interactions
• Excellent technology skills
• Self-starter, able to manage schedule and dispatch from device or tablet
• Able to efficiently navigate a crawlspace and identify problems

• Commission Structure:
  • $0.00 - $59,999 = 0%
  • $60,000 - $124,999 = 1.5%
  • $125,000 and beyond = 2.5%
