Sales Inspector

Overview

Crawlspace Medic is seeking an aggressive growth and goal-oriented individual to join their team in the Atlanta, GA market. The role of the Sales Inspector involves representing the CRAWLSPACE MEDIC brand, performing thorough evaluations of crawl spaces, identifying issues, creating scopes of work for repair/remediation, and participating in business development and job production.

What You’ll Do

• Track, follow up, and close sales leads in the franchise market.
• Perform inspections, identify issues, and create scopes of work for repair/remediation.
• Lead and collaborate with the franchise team.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after inspections, explaining findings and necessary repairs.
• Work closely with office staff and repair crews using developed scopes of work.
• Identify common crawl space issues such as high wood moisture content, standing water, water intrusion, efflorescence, wood rot, dry rot, water damage, insect damage, structural issues, and more.
• Accurately identify and measure damages and quantify needed repairs for pricing.
• Develop solutions to correct problems identified.

Pay

Competitive Pay: base salary of $50,000+ (depending on experience/skill), plus bonus based on market performance. Total compensation at plan of $75,000. Commission/bonus is uncapped.
