About the role

Keystone Basement Systems is seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our September Sales Training Class as full-time In-Home Sales Representatives. This consultative sales role involves meeting with homeowners throughout the Pittsburgh area to provide solutions for foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement improvement projects. You'll educate customers, build trust, and help them protect their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess and present solutions for foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement improvement projects
• Educate customers and build trust through consultative sales techniques
• Manage your schedule and appointments independently

Pay

• Training draw provided during onboarding
• First-year representatives commonly earn $90,000+
• Average sales representatives earn approximately $150,000

Schedule

• Typically 2 appointments per day
• 1 evening per week
• 1 Saturday per month
