Sales & Guest Experience Associate

About the role

This is a high-performance Sales role. While you are the first face our guests see, your primary mission is to drive the business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, and sales-minded people who love the "hustle" and want to get paid for their performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Cycle: You’ll educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
• Create the Experience: You are the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service.
• Master the Hustle: You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.

Requirements

• You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and you are results-driven.
• You enjoy a competitive environment and aren't afraid to "ask for the sale."
• You have a unique personal brand and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay

• Guaranteed starting base of $12/hour + uncapped commission and bonuses.

Schedule

• Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires a high degree of flexibility. You will lead a variety of shifts throughout the week (mornings and evenings) and will be required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week to ensure our team and guests are supported during our busiest times.
