Sales & Guest Experience Associate

The Role

This is a high-performance Sales role. While you are the first face our guests see, your primary mission is to drive the business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, and sales-minded people who love the "hustle" and want to get paid for their performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Sales Cycle: Educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
• Create the Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service as the "Director of First Impressions."
• Master the Hustle: Work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.
• Scheduling & Availability: Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires a high degree of flexibility. Lead a variety of shifts throughout the week (mornings and evenings) and work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week to ensure our team and guests are supported during our busiest times.
