About the role

This is a high-performance Sales role where you are the first face guests see. Your primary mission is to drive the business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, and sales-minded individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to get paid for their performance.

This role is the gateway to our leadership track: Sales Associate > Sales Lead > Assistant Center Manager > Center Manager & Beyond. Many of our most successful Wax Specialists started at the front desk. If you have a passion for skincare but aren’t licensed yet, this is the perfect way to learn the business while working toward your Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Cycle: Educate guests on proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
• Create the Experience: Act as the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited for their service.
• Master the Hustle: Work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.

Schedule

• Dynamic scheduling requiring flexibility, including mornings, evenings, and at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
• Enjoyment of a competitive environment and comfort with "asking for the sale."
• Strong personal brand and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for joining and growing with a team.

Pay

• Guaranteed starting base of $12/hour + uncapped commission and bonuses.
