Sales & Guest Experience Associate

The Role

This is a high-performance Sales role. While you are the first face our guests see, your primary mission is to drive the business through authentic communication and consistent sales results. We are looking for outgoing, confident, and sales-minded people who love the "hustle" and want to get paid for their performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Sales Cycle: Educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
• Create the Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service as the "Director of First Impressions."
• Master the Hustle: Work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.
• Scheduling & Availability: Dynamic Scheduling: Requires a high degree of flexibility, working various shifts throughout the week and at least one full weekend day every week to support our team and guests during our busiest times.
