Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: Meeting homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Helping Neighbors: Assisting people with insurance claims to get their homes repaired (not a traditional sales role).
• Managing Projects: Overseeing each job from initial contact to final shingle installation.

Requirements

• The Grit: Competitive, self‑motivated, and comfortable talking to new people.
• The Wheels: Access to a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• The Heights: Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (safety first).
• The License: Valid driver’s license required.
