Role
The Sales Growth Associate connects prospective clients with our advisory team, guiding families toward financial success. Warm leads are provided—no cold calling. Your focus will be on qualifying prospects, building rapport, and scheduling advisor appointments.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule appointments for advisors
- Understand client needs and qualify leads
- Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement
- Track interactions and appointments in the CRM system
- Represent Guerra professionally at events and workshops
- Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed
- Continue developing financial and sales expertise
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales, client services, or business development experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Financial industry experience a plus
- Relevant certifications/licenses a plus (SIE, 2-15, 2-14)
- Strong communication, rapport-building, and goal-oriented mindset

Schedule
Full-time, role based in Miami, FL
Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support
Compensation
- $60,000–$90,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
