Role Overview: This position involves delivering intensive job training programs designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, preparing them for employment or further education. Responsibilities Include Providing in-classroom training in areas such as banking, IT support, application development, data analysis, project management, business operations, customer success, and network security.Offering personalized coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to participants.Facilitating access to internships and job placement opportunities with leading organizations.Assisting participants in developing professional business, communication, networking, and resume-building skills. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree not required.Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.Strong motivation to learn technical and professional skills.Availability to participate fully in the program, Monday through Friday.Ability to answer screening questions as part of the application process.
