Position Overview
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Planner / Forecaster will be the backbone of our demand planning process. You’ll ensure Khloud has accurate forecasts that align Sales, Finance, and Operations while enabling growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop SKU-level forecasts at customer and channel level.
- Support S&OP process by delivering accurate demand plans and scenarios.
- Collaborate with Sales on promo planning, lifts, and new item launches.
- Conduct variance analysis vs. budget and LY, with corrective actions.
- Maintain forecast accuracy metrics and continuously refine methodologies.
- Provide leadership with insights into risks, opportunities, and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- 3–5 years of forecasting, sales planning, or demand planning in CPG.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP or planning systems.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize, and work cross-functionally.
