- Requirements: maybe the minimum qualifications? Actually "Minimum Qualifications What You Need To Succeed". That includes education/experience requirements. We'll treat as Requirements.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe experience using Microsoft Office Suite, ability to obtain sales related licensure, etc. Could be under Skills. But we already have those in Requirements/Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could put skills like "Microsoft Office Suite", "sales related licensure", "cross-functional work", "training/mentoring". But we already have them. Perhaps better to have Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (specific abilities like Microsoft Office, lifting, etc). However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they ask to use headings for those categories if content exists. We have both minimum and preferred qualifications, so we can have Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills could be derived from those but maybe we can omit Skills section if not distinct.
We have schedule section.
We must not include Benefits or Pay.

About the role
All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Sales Floor Department Supervisor, this means: Providing resources and tools to support those directly helping customers provide the best service. Assisting with down stocking and area recovery as well as providing input into merchandising decisions. Monitoring use of store power equipment and coaching employees on safe behaviors and lifting techniques. The Sales Floor Department Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store. This includes coaching and training associates, delegating, following-up on daily tasks, managing performance, and ensuring adequate department coverage. Sales Floor Department Supervisors are responsible for customer-facing activities (e.g., greeting customers, clarifying needs and identifying solutions, closing sales), non-customer-facing activities (e.g., down stocking, inventory management, area recovery) and store safety (e.g., conducting safety walks, reporting hazards, understanding safety and lifting directions). The Sales Floor Department Supervisor works with his/her leaders to identify approaches and behaviors that best meet sales and service objectives, then communicates those best practices to the team in a way that inspires engaging, customer-focused behavior and goal attainment. Further, the Sales Floor Department Supervisor must supervise associates in other departments, as needed, to meet the demands of the store. This requires broad product knowledge and the ability to engage associates and customers across departments. It is important that this associate communicate upward to keep management informed of concerns, issues, praises, and morale. In addition to the responsibilities summarized above, individuals in this role may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD). Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores/outlets.

Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, legal, benefits link, etc. Good. We must ensure no duplicate lines. The responsibilities list includes some sentences that were also in the About the role paragraph; but that's okay as they are distinct. However we might be duplicating content: The About the role paragraph already includes many of those responsibilities. The instructions: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It's okay to have some overlap as long as we preserve all info. But we might be repeating same sentences; that's okay but could be considered duplication. However we could avoid duplication by making About the role a brief summary and responsibilities list the detailed items. The About the role paragraph we used is essentially the whole "What You Will Do" block, which includes many responsibilities. If we then also list responsibilities separately, we are duplicating. The instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading" but doesn't forbid repeating content. However "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplication may be considered thin? Not sure. Better to avoid duplication: we could make About the role a short summary (maybe first sentence) and then responsibilities list the detailed items. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can't lose any detail. If we put the detailed items in responsibilities list, we need to ensure the About the role section still contains the
