About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
• Assist customers in finding items they need and answer questions about products.
• Manage inventory, ensuring items are displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
