About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
• Assist customers with finding items they need and answer questions about products and store policies.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent service.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
