About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
• Assist customers in finding items they need and answer questions about products and services.
• Manage inventory, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
