About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find what they need.
• Manage inventory and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.
• Support the store's efforts in promoting the brand and its mission.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
