Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find the perfect items.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchases.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
