Sales Floor Associate

About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors
• Assist customers with finding items they need and answer any questions they may have
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent service
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
