About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find what they need.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.
• Support the store's efforts to promote sustainability and reuse initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Our starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 depending on job duty/position.
