Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to help them find items they love and answer questions about our products and services.
• Assist customers with transactions, including pricing, discounts, and returns.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs offered by Savers University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
