Responsibilities

• Engage with Customers to help them find items they love and answer questions about our products and services.
• Assist Donors in donating items and provide information about how donations benefit the community.
• Work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
