About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Engage with customers to help them find items they like and answer questions.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to policy.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive store environment.
• Support the store's fundraising efforts through donations and sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
