About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find what they need.
• Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to support the overall store operations.
• Support the donation process for customers and donors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems.

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.15 - $22.60 depending on job duty/position.
