Sales Floor Associate

About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find items they need.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and answer any questions they may have.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Pass a background check.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $27.67 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
