Responsibilities

• Process donations and merchandise to ensure accurate inventory counts and proper storage
• Assist customers with finding items they need and provide exceptional service
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Support the store's operational goals and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.45 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
