Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a memorable shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle donations from customers, processing them efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support the sales process, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.

Schedule
