The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role supports our mission of championing reuse and inspiring a future where secondhand is second nature.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a memorable shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
- Handle donations from customers, processing them efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Support the sales process, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
