About the role
The Sales Floor Associate creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to help them find items they like and answer questions about the products.
- Assist customers with transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
