Sales Floor Associate

About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create an awesome shopping experience for customers by engaging with them and helping them find items they love.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Support the donation process, assisting donors in properly preparing and delivering donations to the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

Hours vary based on store location and shift, typically ranging from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
