About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find items they love.
• Manage inventory, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle donations from customers, sorting and preparing items for resale.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Pay

Our starting pay ranges from $18.45 to $24.31 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Shifts may vary based on store needs, typically ranging from 6 hours to 12 hours per week.
