Sales Floor Associate

About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to help them find items they like and answer any questions they may have.
• Assist customers in making purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and accurate.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of thrift and resale industry concepts.

Pay

Our starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
