About the role
The Sales Floor Associate creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to help them find items they love and answer any questions they may have.
- Manage inventory by ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and restocked as needed.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient store environment.
- Support the store's fundraising efforts by engaging with donors and promoting the store's mission.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
