About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
• Assist customers with finding items they need and answer questions about products and store policies.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves, sorting donations, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Engage with customers and donors to promote the brand's commitment to sustainability and reuse.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
