Sales Floor Associate

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role supports the company's mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to help them find items they like and answer questions about products and store policies.
• Assist customers with transactions, including cashing out, processing returns, and handling refunds.
• Organize and display merchandise in a visually appealing manner to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Handle donations from customers and ensure proper sorting and storage of donated items.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Support other team members as needed, such as stocking shelves, cleaning, and maintaining store appearance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules available.
