Sales Floor Associate

About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support the store's fundraising efforts by engaging with donors and promoting the store's mission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position ranges from $17.15 to $22.60 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Hours vary based on store needs, typically ranging from 8 hours per week to full-time schedules.
