About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors
• Help process donations and ensure they meet quality standards
• Assist customers with finding items they need and provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
