About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role can be either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors
• Assist customers with finding items they need
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent service
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive store atmosphere
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
