The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role supports our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to help them find the perfect item
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Support the donation process for customers and donors
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
