About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers, donors, and fellow associates.
• Assist customers in finding items they need and answer any questions they may have.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Engage with donors to ensure they have a positive experience and understand how donations benefit the community.
• Support other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
