Sales Floor Associate

About the role

The Sales Floor Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to help them find items they like and answer any questions they might have.
• Assist customers in making purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on store needs, typically ranging from 8 hours per shift to 12 hours per shift, with options for part-time positions.
