About the role
Store Experience Leads drive sustainability in the fashion industry by building rapport, capturing leads, and converting them through charismatic product presentations and exceptional follow-through. You’ll support sales peers, build customer relationships, and educate others about resale, matching the benefits of selling pre-owned luxury items to customer needs. Success is measured by your ability to convert new business and create Rebag advocates. This role requires energy, organization, and a passion for fashion, sustainability, and customer experience. Teamwork is essential, and collaboration will be rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service to provide an elevated experience.
- Meet or exceed personal, category, and store sales goals and KPIs.
- Build client relationships to support new client acquisition and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service to delight and surprise customers.
- Communicate product and customer feedback to the management team.
- Support company initiatives related to product launches, client service, and selling.
- Participate in regular training on product knowledge and new arrivals.
- Stay informed about trends and designers/brands.
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
- Handle stock operations, processing, and online purchase orders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain practices, policies, and systems as specified by the Rebag Bar philosophy.
- Perform store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
- Multitask and coordinate efficiently.
- Be flexible with working hours and handle ad hoc requests.

Pay
Hourly: $18 to $23, with variable earnings up to $12,000.
