Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and efficiency
• Present complex data analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner
• Assist with budget preparation and management
• Create compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Write and execute queries to extract data for reporting purposes
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales analyst role, preferably in the healthcare industry (investment banking experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience writing and executing queries for data extraction and reporting
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

Pay

$100,000 - $140,000 per year
