• Helping prospective residents find the right apartment home
• Using high-level communication skills and strategic consultative selling skills
• Providing a positive and genuine experience
• Delivering caring customer service
• Ensuring renewals become the norm rather than a challenge

Qualifications

• A customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
• A self-driven and desire to succeed
• A working knowledge of Social Media and Microsoft Office product suite
• Marketing concepts
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A timely, organized, and efficient manner
