About the role

MISTRAS Group is seeking experienced sales leaders to join our Sales Team in Power & Utility, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business, building trusted client relationships, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Position integrated industrial service solutions and engage at multiple levels within customer organizations
  • Differentiate through value and take ownership of their territory
  • Develop strategic account plans and collaborate across operations, engineering, and subject matter experts
  • Identify opportunity, convert pipeline, and expand long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership
  • Experience in power, utility, infrastructure, or oil & gas industries
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience in industrial services or asset protection solutions is a plus

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software
