Responsibilities
- Create and close new business opportunities with clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level organizations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to complex contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, procurement, and IT decision-makers.
- Partner with internal technical teams to design tailored IT solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience selling IT-VAR/MSP solutions, hardware/software sales, or technology services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred).
